Body Mass Index Chart

Sometimes it is easier to understand the Body Mass Index via a visual chart. Just link your height with your weight and note the color at the intersection.

  • Yellow = Normal, nothing to worry about.
  • Mustard = Overweight, need to lose some weight, check with your Doctor.
  • Red = Obese, need to lose a lot of weight, see your Doctor quickly.
  • White = Underweight, could probably benefit from some weight gain, check with your Doctor.
